    • remote assistance and remote maintenance

    • a call-back by a technician if necessary

  • Available from €9.99 excluding VAT, the On-Demand package gives you the benefit of hourly remote assistance in the following areas:

    • Domain management (DNS servers, DNS zones)

    • Website publication

    • E-mail service:

      • Configuration of e-mail software such as Outlook, Thunderbird, Mail for Mac, tablet, smartphone, iPhone, etc.

      • SPAM problems (DKIM setup, filter management, etc.)

    • Configuration of an e-mail form on your site

    • Assistance with incoming and outgoing domain name transfers

    • Creation / configuration of an FTP account

    • Creation / configuration of a MySQL database

    • Modification / Configuration of php.ini

    • Installation of applications included in the pack via LWS Auto-installer (Wordpress, Joomla, Drupal, Prestashop, etc.)

    • Installation of a signed SSL certificate / Activation of HTTPS protocol on your website

    • Anti-virus / Spyware scanning of your site

    • Updating your website creation software (CMS such as Wordpress, Joomla, Prestashop, etc.)

    • Moving/migrating your website from another hosting provider

    • Migration of your website from shared web hosting to a Virtual Private Server (VPS) service
