This documentation will help you to view the history of actions carried out on your mail service, from your customer account. We will take a step-by-step look at how to view the history of actions carried out.
To do this, log in to your customer area. When you are logged in, click on "manage" behind your domain name.
This will take you to the administration area for your package.
Go to "email addresses" and click on "email tracking, email access".
You're on the "mail tracking" window, which lets you check the delivery status of the emails you've sent or received.
Click on "action logs":
Here you can see all the actions taken with your email accounts. This includes your quotas, redirections and email creation.
You'll also see the IPs and dates on which the actions were carried out.
You can now view the actions carried out on your email service.
