What is WHM?

WHM is a control panel for managing Web hosting with LWS.

It is a simple and intuitive administration panel that allows you to manage all your customers' cPanel accounts in just a few clicks.

What can I do with WHM?

WHM allows you to do many things, such as

• Get information about your customers' accounts
• Create cPanel accounts attached to domain names
• View bandwidth usage
• Suspend a cPanel account
• Create Web packages

And many other functions, such as security settings and CPU quota management for the various cPanel accounts.

What is the Security Centre?

The"Security Centre" section, accessible via your WHM interface, allows you to set up two-factor authentication. You can add additional security such as password authentication and a code provided by an application such as Google Authentificator.

What is the Account Information section?

The"Account Information" section available from your WHM interface allows you to list cPanel accounts and parked domain names. The following tools are available in this section:

• List Accounts: Allows you to view cPanel accounts.
• List parked domains: Gives you access to a list of all parked domains
• List suspended accounts: Gives you an overview of suspended cPanel accounts
• Show bandwidth usage: Allows you to see the bandwidth used by the various cPanel accounts.

What is the Account function section?

The"account function" section allows you to create a new cPanel account and also to manage the suspension of accounts. You will find the following tools:

• Create an account: allows you to create a new cPanel account
• Force password change: allows you to change the password of a cPanel account
• Manage Account Suspension: allows you to activate and suspend a cPanel account
• Terminate Account: Allows you to permanently delete a cPanel account. This action is irreversible.
• UpgradeAccount: Allows you to change the package of a cPanel account.

What is the Multiple Account Functions section?

This section allows you to modify or upgrade several customer accounts at the same time.

What is the Packages section?

The Packages section allows you to add, modify or remove a web package from your WHM interface.

What is the DNS Functions section?

The"DNS Functions" section available on your WHM interface allows you to add DNS zones and delete DNS zones on domain names. You can also create a Zone template that will be used for all domain names hosted on your cPanel cloud server.
