If your database has been blocked because you have exceeded one of the following quotas: size of the database, size of one of the tables, then you must act on your database to clean it up. Following this operation, if you don't want to wait for the quotas to be updated automatically (about 1 hour) you can force the operation by following this procedure.
You are now able to resynchronise the quotas for your MySQL database on your LWS hosting package.

La taille maximale d'une base de données MySQL varie en fonction de la formule à laquelle vous avez souscrit. Généralement, vous disposez d'une base de données de 1Go avec des limites par table de 300Mo.
Bien évidemment, au besoin vous pouvez faire évoluer votre formule pour bénéficier de quotas plus importants.
