What does this error mean?

This error indicates that from the mail_php function associated with your shared hosting, more than 480 emails have been sent in the last hour.

This error is generated by a contact form or guestbook that is not secure and can therefore be used by robots to send malicious emails.

It may also be linked to the presence of a malicious file on your FTP account that sends this type of mail.

This error does not block the sending of mail from the mail_php function.

Check which script sent the mail, causing this block, by analysing the mail php function logs.
An anti-virus scan of the files associated with your site can be carried out, as can the installation of modules to secure your website (e.g. Wordfence for Wordpress).
