The timeout for the request generated by the same IP has been exceeded.
The request sent was put on hold because the number of requests made by the same IP on a site exceeded the limit. This waiting time was then exceeded.
The limit depends on the formula and the HTTP protocol used. You can send more requests in HTTP2 than in HTTP.
The number of requests available cannot exceed the value of the maximum basket indicated for your hosting package.
Each LWS Linux package has a maximum global basket of available requests. This basket is emptied as and when visits to your site consume requests and is automatically refilled every second with a certain number of additional requests available. The number of available requests added to the basket each second will depend on the package chosen.
Package | Basic throughput | Maximum basket | Automatically added every second |
domain | 10 | 2000 | 10 |
LWS Personal | 20 | 5000 | 20 |
LWS Starter | 20 | 5000 | 20 |
LWS Standard | 20 | 5000 | 20 |
LWS Performance | 20 | 5000 | 20 |
Example:
On a domain formula, if a page consumes 6 requests each time it is displayed and this page is displayed 2 times per second, then your basket will decrease by 2 requests each second: 10 - (2 x 6) = -2
Conversely, if this page is only displayed once per second, your basket will fill up with 4 requests each second: 10 - (1 x 6) = 4
Consequence:
The number of available requests cannot exceed the value of the maximum basket indicated for your hosting package.
If your basket is completely empty, error 509 will be displayed until there are enough requests in the basket to display the desired page.
If your basket is completely empty, error 509 will be displayed until there are enough requests in the basket to display the desired page.
Reduce the number of requests made to access the site or wait a few moments before regenerating requests.
If your visitors are impacted during their visits, changing to a Cpanel package will allow you to benefit from a larger basket of requests and a faster fill rate, given the large number of requests your site consumes.
You can also switch to a VPS package, as there are no limitations in place for this service.
